She created and launched One Step To Service®, AnciCare's coordinated approach to referral, scheduling and reporting. Today, Donna serves as Co-Founder & Chief Member Advocate at USRad, helping shape the member experience as the company is built.

Donna Cabrera created and launched One Step To Service®, AnciCare's coordinated approach to referral, scheduling and reporting. The program coordinated the diagnostic imaging procedure, coordinated the related medical records, and administered the claim — one call, and AnciCare handled the rest.
