Financial Questions
USRad’s reimbursement model is transparent, competitive, and fully under your control. Providers choose their own reimbursement level within our marketplace, creating flexibility while ensuring price transparency for patients.
Provider-Selected Rates
You set your preferred reimbursement level (e.g., 100%, 120%, or 140% of Medicare) based on your costs and strategy.
Market Transparency
Patients see all participating centers, quality indicators, and pricing upfront, helping them make informed choices.
Competitive Advantage
Centers offering the most cost-effective rates often attract higher patient volumes.
Tip: Many centers choose a balanced rate—competitive enough to drive volume, while maintaining strong margins. Schedule a consultation to review your market data and identify the optimal rate for your center.
Under the Provider Service Agreement, payment is due within 10 business days of Fulfillment Complete.

Clinical & Compliance
Yes — always. USRad requires a valid physician order before any patient is scheduled at your facility. During our verification step, we confirm the ordering physician, the prescribed exam type, and patient eligibility. No order, no appointment. This is non-negotiable in our process and mirrors the clinical intake standards your center already operates under.
Physician order verified before every scheduling event — exam type, ordering provider, and patient eligibility confirmed before your facility receives the appointment.
Patient information handling requirements are addressed in the onboarding agreement between USRad and your center. Patient data is transmitted through a secure portal and limited to what your center needs to schedule and perform the study. Your center never handles USRad member financial data, and USRad never accesses your clinical records or systems.
No. Every assignment USRad routes is funded before it reaches you — USRad secures the funding and pays your center directly. Nothing is billed through your existing payer relationships. There is no overlap with your insurance contracts, no balance billing, and no claims filing on your end. Your payer agreements remain completely independent.
✓ Zero impact on existing payer contracts or credentialing
Funding for every assignment is secured before the appointment is confirmed at your facility. In the event of a no-show, your center is not exposed to a collections situation. The appointment slot simply becomes available again.
USRad supports MRI, CT, X-ray, and ultrasound. Additional modalities may be confirmed during onboarding based on your center's equipment and accreditation.
Accreditation required — accredited by ACR, AIUM, IAC, The Joint Commission, or RadSite. Specific modality availability is confirmed during the credentialing process.
